Dariya has returned from a trip to Croatia! She is now back in Kyev training. Below are a few pictures from Croatia.

Dariya will be traveling with her friends at her local gymnastics club in Ivano-Frankivsk to Paris France. While in Paris, Dariya will be participating at a small Gala-Show Exhibition with her teammates and will be performing on both the Bars and the Balance Beam. We wish Dariya and all of her friends a safe and wonderful trip to Paris!

Congratulations to Dariya Zgoba for being selected by her home city of Ivano-Frankivsk as one of the top 10 Best Sportsman of the Year for 2009! Dariya was #1 on the list! Yana Demyanchuk, her teammate, was also selected as one of the top 10 Best Sportman as well!

Recently Darius suffered an injury and tore her achilles tendon while in training in preparation for a competition in France. Daria has completed her surgery, and she very optimistic for a full recovery. Unfortunately, Daria will have to stop training for 6 months (estimated recovery time) and will not be able to compete at the competition in France.
